RECIPE CLEANSE
Juice all of the following veggies and fruits together. Drink within 15 minutes of juicing and wait at least 15 minutes after drinking to eat.
1 cup of kale
1 cup of spinach
1 cup watercress
one cup of parsley
half a small apple
a small cucumber
a small piece of fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
